Soldiers Subject IPOB Members To Severe Punishment In Muddy Water, One Dead (Video)

The viral video shows soldiers subjecting IPOB members to severe corporal punishment. In the video, the soldiers can be seen making the suspects dip themselves inside mud water, then towards the ending of the video, a man is seen laying aside, the man who captured the video said that the man is no more alive.
